YouthCares Kindergarten Boot Camp is a fun and engaging summer program designed to prepare children for a successful transition into Kindergarten for Fall 2026. This program focuses on building strong foundational skills through hands-on learning, structured routines, and interactive activities that promote both academic growth and social development.

Throughout the program, students will develop essential Kindergarten readiness skills including letter and number recognition, name writing, fine motor development, and social confidence. Our goal is to create a positive learning environment where children feel confident, prepared, and excited about starting school.

In addition to daily learning activities, students will participate in Fun Friday each week as a special bonus, where they enjoy themed activities, games, and exciting experiences that reinforce learning in a fun and memorable way.

We are also proud to incorporate IXL Learning, an interactive online program aligned with Mississippi education standards. This platform allows students to practice and strengthen skills taught during the program. Students are encouraged to bring an electronic device  once a week to participate in IXL Learning Day.

At the conclusion of the program, each student will receive a comprehensive resource book containing the skills and concepts they have learned. This take-home guide will serve as a valuable tool for parents to continue supporting their child’s learning journey throughout the school year.

 Kindergarten Bootcamp will be held on Monday, Wednesday & Friday, 8:30am - 12:30pm.  Intake will begin at 7:30 am.  Breakfast and snack will be provided daily.  

 

Camp Tuition :   Camp Tuition is $110 week per camp participant and a registration fee of $70.    Sibling discounts are for available.    Tuition is due every Monday by 6:00 pm.  YouthCares accepts Paypal : YouthCares, payments on our website, ProCares App, and Cash App :$youthcares.  For tuition not paid on time, a late charge of $10.00 per day will be charged. Additionally, a fee of $35.00 will be charged on checks that are returned by the bank.  Tuition is expected for days your child may be absent due to illness, family emergencies, doctor visits, hospitalizations, vacations, or any other reason. Please note that tuition rates do not change in the event of a week including a holiday.
