Welcome to the YouthCares After School Enrichment Center, children ages 5 to 12 where children can thrive in a nurturing and stimulating environment! Our program offers after school care, engaging summer camps, and exciting Science Saturday events, all designed support your child's academic goals. With a dedicated team of retired educators and qualified child care workers, we ensure that every child receives the attention they deserve. Join us for journey that promotes self-confidence, concentration skills, and a positive perspective on school!​

Registration:  To ensure a smooth enrollment process, please fill out the convenient form available on our website for each child.  Please note that registration and payment must be submitted before your child's first day at our facility. Full payment is required every Monday when services begin. Due to limited space, we cannot offer refunds or prorated fees for days a child cannot attend.  Tuition: Tuition for After School  is due every Monday by 6:00 PM. We accept payments through Cash App at $youthcares, PayPal at youthcaresms@gmail.com, and via the Procare app. Procare also offers the convenience of setting up automatic payment, allowing you to use debit cards, credit cards, ACH payments. Please note that cash and checks are no longer accepted.

Late Fees:  Tuition not paid on time will incur a late fee of $10.00 per day. Additionally, a fee of $35.00 will apply to any ACH payments returned through the Procare app. Please remember that tuition is expected even for days your child will be absent due to illness, family emergencies, doctor visits, or vacations that tuition rates remain unchanged during weeks that include a holiday.
